About our company
Bundaberg Sugar is a grower, miller, refiner, and marketer of sugar and related products in Australia. The company is one of Australia’s largest cane growers, we own and operate a sugar mill and refinery in Bundaberg, Queensland.
We are a large participant in the Queensland sugar industry and participate in all levels of the raw sugar industry. The company’s activities span the full sugar supply chain including cane growing, milling, refining, packaging, and distributing sugar products to retail, industrial and export customers.
The company’s other value adding operations include Bundaberg Walkers, one of Australia’s longest established, heavy engineering and foundry enterprises; and Bundaberg Molasses which supplies molasses and related products to industrial and rural markets.

White Sugar
Bundaberg White Sugar is the perfect general use sugar. The uniform crystal size makes it suitable for baking in recipes such as this Apple Crumble as well as for general sweetening for drinks and cereal.
Caster Sugar
Bundaberg Caster Sugar is the ideal baking ingredient. The fine crystal size of caster sugar ensures the sugar easily dissolves making it perfect for sweets such as Pavlova and cakes such as this Sponge Cake.
Raw Sugar
Bundaberg Raw Sugar can be used as an alternative to Bundaberg White Sugar. The natural molasses content remaining in the crystal provides Bundaberg Raw Sugar with a distinctive flavour this is especially suited
Brown Sugar
Bundaberg Brown Sugar has a smooth natural flavour and aroma thanks to its retaining much of the natural syrup made in producing sugar. An old favourite sprinkled on porridge, it is also used in many dessert
Icing Sugar
Bundaberg Pure Icing Sugar is 100% sugar milled to a superfine size making it perfect for cake decorating, such as in these Gingerbread Men or in sweets such as fondants where a firm set is required.
Golden Syrup
Bundaberg Golden Syrup is an old family favourite. The rich caramel flavour is the perfect match for porridge, pancakes or toast, or the key ingredient in classic recipes such as Anzac Biscuits.
